MB HR Documents

Generate professional employee documents without needing a full HRMS

Thirty-two HR document generators — offer letters, salary certificates, experience letters, warning letters, and more. Fill a structured form, see a print-ready document render live, and download it with your own logo and signature. No HRMS rollout, no IT ticket, no per-seat contract to get started.

A document’s whole life, without an HR system

An HRMS makes you adopt a system before it will issue a letter. MB HR Documents starts at the letter and adds only the steps that letter actually needs — each one optional, and each one something you can stop at.

  1. Step 1

    Create

Fill a structured form and watch the document render live, with your own logo, letterhead, and authorised signature.

  2. Step 2

    Approve

Route a draft to whoever has to sign off. Approvals and rejections are recorded with who acted and when.

  3. Step 3

    Sign

The sign-off chain is built and you can rehearse it end to end today, but no e-signature vendor is connected yet — nothing signed here is legally binding until one is.

  4. Step 4

    Send

Deliver the finished document to the employee or third party from inside the workflow, rather than re-attaching it to an email.

  5. Step 5

    Track

See whether it was opened, accepted, or declined, with a full audit trail of every action taken on it.

  6. Step 6

    Verify

Every issued document carries an MB Document ID and QR code so a bank, landlord, or future employer can confirm it is genuine — without you being in the loop.

What this deliberately is not: payroll, attendance, leave tracking, or a system of record for your people. It issues, approves and verifies documents. Anything that would require running your HR department belongs in an HRMS, and we are not trying to become one.

Browse by where you are in the employee lifecycle

Documents are grouped by the moment they are normally issued — hiring someone, paying them, reviewing them, changing their role, verifying their employment to someone else, or letting them go — rather than alphabetically, because that is usually how the need actually arises.

Hiring & Joining

Documents issued between making a decision on a candidate and their first day on the job. These carry the terms someone accepts employment on, so the details in them — role, start date, compensation, reporting line — are the ones most likely to be referred back to later.

Browse

Compensation

Anything that states or revises what an employee is paid. Salary documents get read closely by banks, landlords, and visa offices as well as by the employee, so internal consistency between the figures matters more here than anywhere else.

Browse

Performance & Conduct

Documents that record a performance outcome or a conduct concern. Tone matters disproportionately here — these are the letters most likely to be produced later in a review or a dispute, so neutral, factual, dated wording protects both sides.

Browse

Employee Changes

Documents that record a change in an employee's role, level, department, or location. Each one needs an effective date and the specific terms that changed, since it becomes the reference record for that change going forward.

Browse

Verification

Confirmations issued to a third party rather than to the employee: a bank, a consulate, a university, another employer. They usually need to state a fact plainly and avoid volunteering anything the requester did not ask for.

Browse

Exit

Issued when someone leaves. Ex-employees rely on these for their next role and often need them years after the fact, so they should be complete and self-contained without assuming access to internal records.

Save your company profile once, then generate at scale

Legal name, address, logo, letterhead, and authorized signatories — save them once in your company workspace and every generator pre-fills automatically. From the same workspace you can also upload a spreadsheet to generate documents for many employees at once, route a document through an approval workflow before it's issued, and let anyone verify an issued document via its public QR code or MB Document ID. Your first company is free.

Real, vendor-verified e-signature

The approval workflow above already carries a document through a full sign-off chain today, with a mock signature step so you can test the flow end to end. A real, identity-verified e-signature integration — a proper vendor, not a placeholder — is planned next. In development; not yet priced.

Frequently asked questions

Are these HR documents free to use?

Every generator is free to fill in and preview. The form and the live preview are open to everyone with no account and no payment — you only pay when you download the finished document, and one purchase unlocks both the PDF and the DOCX for that tool. The free preview carries a watermark that is removed from your downloads once unlocked.

Do I need an account to draft a document?

No. You can open any generator, enter your details, and see the finished document rendered live without signing up. An account is only needed at the point of purchase, so your unlock is tied to something you can log back into.

Are all 32 generators priced the same way?

Yes. Every generator — the original 16 (offer letters, salary certificates, and the rest of the first line-up) and the 16 added since (resignation acceptance, probation letters, show cause notices, and the others) — is free to preview and priced identically to download: a one-time ₹49 unlock for 24 hours, or unlimited downloads with HR Pro (₹399/month or ₹3,999/year).

Do I need an HRMS to use MB HR Documents?

No. MB HR Documents is built for teams who need a handful of clean, correct documents without standing up a full human-resources management system. If you later need bulk generation, an approval workflow, or e-signature across a whole company, that is MB HR Workspace — see the workspace section below.

Can I add our company logo and an authorised signature?

Yes. Each generator accepts a company logo and a signature image, and both appear in the live preview immediately — including in the free preview, so you can confirm your branding looks right before deciding to download.

Is my employee data stored on your servers?

No. Everything you type — names, salary figures, addresses, your logo and signature — stays in your browser's local storage on your own device. Nothing about the document's content is ever sent to or stored on our servers; the only server-side record is that your account holds an active purchase, not what you generated with it.

Which document do I need when an employee resigns?

Usually two, and they are not interchangeable. An experience letter confirms tenure and role, and is what the employee gives their next employer. A relieving letter confirms they have been formally released after handover and dues are settled, and is what a next employer often asks for as proof there is no outstanding obligation. Many organisations issue both on the last working day.

These generators produce templates for drafting and HR workflow support — they are not legal advice. Have final wording reviewed by your HR team, legal advisor, or authorised signatory before official use.
