Terms of Service

You may use the website for personal and professional resume, cover letter, and HR document creation. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform or other users.

The HR document tools are for issuing documents on behalf of an organization you are authorized to act for. You must not use them to create a document in the name of an organization you do not represent, or one that states something you know to be untrue, such as a false experience letter, salary certificate or offer letter. Doing so may be forgery or fraud, and we may suspend or close an account used for it.

Core resume editing is designed to remain local-first. You are responsible for the content you enter, import, or export. You should review your own information before using it for job, hiring, or administrative purposes.

You retain ownership of your resume and document content.

Some features rely on account access, including premium ownership, payment restoration, and premium-only HR tools. Free core resume tools remain available according to the current product model.

Premium billing and payment processing may be handled through third-party providers such as Razorpay. Subscription renewals, one-time purchases, and billing support are subject to the applicable pricing and payment flow shown at checkout.

MB Connect lets an AI assistant you already use — such as ChatGPT or Claude — call a defined set of MB HR Documents tools on your behalf, after you connect your account and approve specific permissions. Connecting is optional and is never required to use this website.

You remain responsible for what you ask an assistant to do and for reviewing what it produces. Documents drafted through a connector are drafts, subject to the same terms as documents created on the website: they are templates for drafting and HR workflow support, not legal advice, and final wording should be reviewed by your HR team or legal advisor before official use.

Delivering a document to a recipient, requesting a signature, and revoking an issued document are deliberately unavailable to any AI client and can only be performed by a person in the MB web app.

Your assistant provider is a separate service governed by your own agreement with them. Requests you make through a connector, and the documents returned, pass through that provider as part of your conversation with it. We are not responsible for their handling of that data.

Connector access uses tokens that expire and can be revoked at any time, by you or by us. We may suspend or revoke connector access where required for security, abuse prevention, or to comply with the policies of a connector platform.

We may update features, pricing, templates, legal content, or technical systems over time. We may also temporarily limit access for maintenance, security, or product improvements.

MB Resume Builder is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, ATS scoring outcomes, employer responses, or uninterrupted service.

• We are not responsible for browser or device data loss.
• We are not responsible for third-party outages or payment provider issues outside our control.
• We are not responsible for how employers, recruiters, or ATS systems interpret your documents.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

The courts of India have jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim. Where you use the service as a business — including through the HR workspace — the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra are the agreed forum.

This does not apply to you as a consumer. Nothing in this section removes a right you may have under the consumer protection law of the country you live in to bring proceedings there, or to rely on protections that cannot be set aside by agreement. In particular, nothing here requires a consumer to bring a claim in Nagpur, Maharashtra rather than where they live or work.

MB Resume Builder is operated from India and priced in Indian rupees. Several HR document generators produce output built around Indian statutory concepts — among them CTC structures, Provident Fund, ESI and gratuity — which may not correspond to the payroll or employment rules of other countries. If you use these documents outside India, check them against local law before issuing them to anyone.
