Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how MB Resume Builder handles premium billing concerns, duplicate charges, subscription issues, and one-time premium purchase support requests.

Premium purchases

Premium access may be offered as a monthly plan, yearly plan, or one-time premium purchase. Because premium features can be activated quickly after payment, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

When to contact support

Please contact support if you believe you experienced:

  • a duplicate charge,
  • a payment that succeeded but premium access was not applied,
  • an incorrect subscription renewal, or
  • a billing issue caused by a technical problem on our side.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds may be declined in situations such as:

  • change of mind after premium access has already been used,
  • purchases made after reviewing the feature list and pricing,
  • issues caused by unsupported devices, browsers, or third-party interruptions outside our control.

Request process

To request a billing review, email mbresumebuilder@gmail.com with your account email, payment date, plan type, and a short description of the issue.

We aim to review payment-related requests within a reasonable timeframe and may ask for transaction details to verify the request.
