The resume builder is free, and that is not a trial. Every one of the 50 templates, the editor, the import flow for an existing resume, the ATS simulation, the cover letter generator, and PDF and DOCX export of your resume are all available without an account and without payment.
All 32 HR document generators are also free to fill in and preview. You can enter real company details, upload your logo and signature, and see the finished document render exactly as it will look. Payment only becomes relevant when you want to download one of those HR documents as a file.

Two ways to pay, and which one fits
A Tool Pass unlocks a single HR generator for 24 hours. It suits the common case: you need one experience letter today and have no idea when you will need another. One purchase covers that tool's PDF and DOCX together — the formats are not sold separately.
Premium covers all 32 generators for the duration of the plan. It is worth it if you issue HR documents regularly, which in practice means small business owners, HR teams, and consultants rather than individuals handling a one-off. What happens after you pay
Access attaches to your account, which is why an account is required at the point of purchase and not before. Once payment confirms, the watermark disappears from the document you were already previewing — you do not need to re-enter anything or reload the page, and your work is not lost in the transition.
A Tool Pass runs for 24 hours from purchase. Buying the same tool again while a pass is still active extends it rather than starting a second overlapping one.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay to use the resume builder?
No. The resume builder and everything around it — templates, editing, import, ATS checking, cover letters, and export — are free and do not require an account. Payment applies only to downloading HR documents.
Does one purchase unlock both file formats?
Yes. Unlocking a tool unlocks its PDF and DOCX together. There is no per-format charge, and no separate purchase to remove the watermark — the watermark is simply absent from the files you download once unlocked.
Why is there a watermark on the free preview?
So the free preview cannot substitute for the paid document. Everything else about it is real, including your uploaded logo and signature, so you can confirm the result is right before deciding to pay. The watermark appears only in the preview and never in a downloaded file.
How long does a 24-hour Tool Pass last?
Twenty-four hours from the moment payment confirms, for that one generator. Within that window you can download as many documents from that tool as you need, in either format.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility and the process for requesting one are set out on the refund policy page. If a payment succeeded but your access did not activate, that is a failed activation rather than a refund case — the tool retries automatically, and contacting support resolves it faster than repurchasing.
Do I need an account?
Only to purchase. Everything free works anonymously. An account exists so that a purchase can be tied to something you can log back into from another device, rather than to a single browser session that clearing your history would destroy.
